The MTS6 moisture analyzer can significantly improve the performance of OEM products by closed-loop control of moisture. For example, in the application of regenerative desiccant machines, efficiency can be improved by calling for drying regeneration as needed instead of using open-loop cycles.

The MTS6 moisture analyzer installed on the panel provides a compact DIN standard instrument housing, suitable for applications with high space requirements. The shell is directly inserted into the cut of the panel and fixed in place from the back with fixing screws.

The MTS6 moisture analyzer also provides a baffle adapter for installation in your current MTS5 incision.

The MTS6 moisture analyzer uses M Series alumina moisture sensor probes or VeriDri moisture analyzer transmitters. MSeries probes and VeriDri transmitters are robust and accurate absolute humidity sensors, with calibration traceable to NIST. For over 40 years, alumina sensors have been the standard for performance and value in industrial moisture measurement due to their excellent dynamic range, response speed, and calibration stability.

The MTS6 moisture analyzer based on microprocessors accurately tracks rapidly changing process conditions and displays dew/frost point temperatures in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the LCD. Dew/frost points can also be used as analog voltage or current outputs. The MTS6 moisture analyzer has a built-in isolation output to ensure signal isolation for remote devices. The device is also equipped with two C-type alarm relays for high and low dew/frost point restrictions. The combination of microprocessor based electronic components and a 6-key keyboard makes it fast and easy to select analog output zeros and spans, alarm setpoints, and input calibration data samples.
