The single-channel oxygen meter can be used in conjunction with flow-through oxygen sensors for online gas analysis in both safe and hazardous zones requiring ATEX certification. With a detection limit as low as 0.05ppm, it enables oxygen concentration measurements ranging from 0 to 10ppm. Ideal for clean gas applications, it can be paired with XLT oxygen sensors for measurements in pure carbon dioxide environments. The AII oxygen sensor is a sealed electrochemical type, featuring long service life, maintenance-free operation, no need for electrolyte replenishment, and quick replacement within minutes.
AII sensors avoid potential defects commonly found in typical primary battery designs. For decades, our materials, manufacturing, and assembly methods have been continuously improved. Each type of sensor is carefully designed to achieve a good balance between performance and lifespan in various applications. This gives you confidence in the measurement results and reduces maintenance. When there is no oxygen, the output of the sensor will be zero, and the linearity of the sensor can reach up to 100%, so in most cases only range calibration is required (as shown in the figure).

AII's XLT sensor
For applications where the CO2 content in the background gas is higher than 0.5%, specially designed XLT sensors should be selected. Most standard electrochemical sensors use alkaline electrolytes, which gradually neutralize when exposed to acidic gases such as carbon dioxide. To address this issue, AII has developed the XLT sensor, which uses a special electrolyte formula and can operate at temperatures as low as -10 ℃.
GPR-1500 N (ATEX)
A universal or hazardous area trace oxygen analyzer with a range from 0-10ppm to 0-1%. The analyzer includes a control device equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) and an easily accessible sensor housing, all parts enclosed in a NEMA enclosure, suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. The analyzer adopts loop power supply (18-28V DC) and provides 4-20mA output signal. All gas path materials are made of stainless steel, and XLT sensors are optional.
GPR-1500 A
In addition to all the functions mentioned above, this device also has two alarms that can be set by the user and can select the main power supply. For safe zone use only.
