GPR-1500 GB&GPR-2500 GB Glove Box Oxygen Analyzer
Product Introduction:
Designed specifically for measuring oxygen levels from air (21% oxygen) to low levels (0-10 ppm O2) in glove boxes, this oxygen monitor series features simple installation options to ensure it meets the needs of glove box operators. The analyzer or remote sensor can be directly connected to the glove box using the KF-40 flange. In the remote version, our sampling/calibration module can be used to place the oxygen sensor in the glove box.- Consultation Hotline:18615230752 Landline:0531-88975421

Characteristic
• Measurement range 0-10ppm To 0-25% O2
• Accuracy better than 2% of the selected range
• 24 months of sensor lifespan (under normal circumstances)
• 4-20 mA Output
• 18-24V Circuit power supply
• XLT Sensors can be used in background gases containing CO2
AII sensors avoid potential defects commonly found in typical primary battery designs. For decades, our materials, manufacturing, and assembly methods have been continuously improved. Each type of sensor is carefully designed to achieve a good balance between performance and lifespan in various applications. This gives you confidence in the measurement results and reduces maintenance. When there is no oxygen, the output of the sensor will be zero, and the linearity of the sensor can reach up to 100%, so in most cases only range calibration is required (as shown in the figure).

AII's XLT sensor
For applications where the CO2 content in the background gas is higher than 0.5%, specially designed XLT sensors should be selected. Most standard electrochemical sensors use alkaline electrolytes, which gradually neutralize when exposed to acidic gases such as carbon dioxide. To address this issue, AII has developed the XLT sensor, which uses a special electrolyte formula and can operate at temperatures as low as -10 ℃.
