The GPR-7500 IS analyzer uses an electrochemical sensor for hydrogen sulfide measurement, featuring small size, high sensitivity, and ease of maintenance, making the analyzer simple and easy to use. In addition, the main advantage of this instrument is low power consumption, making it very suitable for battery-powered personal safety devices or portable instruments.
Like most toxic gas sensors, AII's H2S sensor requires a small amount of oxygen to operate correctly and provide a signal. The sensor's output itself is linear, but it has some cross-sensitivity to other gases, which must be taken into account when using analyzer data.
Analyzer Functions and H2S Scrubber Options
The standard analyzer is equipped with an air pump for sample dilution (providing the oxygen required for measurement). Alternatively, regulated compressed air can be used according to customer requirements. We offer a range of H2S scrubbers that can safely discharge the sample gas into the atmosphere.

Liquid Drainage
Samples containing liquid (such as biogas) can damage sensors and cause instability in analyzers and systems. Using AII’s unique Liquid Drain System, this problem can be easily resolved. The sample gas enters the system from the top of the panel and flows downward toward the sample block. The instrument’s unique design allows the gas carried in the sample to diffuse to the sensor, while useless liquid flows out through the exhaust/drain pipe, protecting the sensor from liquid damage.
Note: Although this feature may affect response time, it is as effective as other treatment systems used to eliminate liquid residues. By choosing the Liquid Drain System, users can effectively protect the instrument and reduce acquisition and maintenance costs.
Highlights:
• ATEX and UL certified
• Accuracy <2% (FS), LDL 0.1 ppm H2S
• Includes dedicated sample handling system
• Optional Liquid Drain System (suitable for samples containing liquid)
• Typical sensor life of 24 months (easy to replace)
• User-friendly HMI for setup, operation, and on-site calibration
