Dwyer Differential Pressure Gauge Series 2000
Product Introduction:
Low-temperature models are available as a special option. For high cycle pressure measurements, it is recommended to use a higher rated pressure. Can measure gas positive pressure, negative pressure, or differential pressure. Accuracy: ±2% FS.- Consultation Hotline:18615230752 Landline:0531-88975421

The 2000 series Magnehelic differential pressure gauges offer 81 different range options, with an accuracy of 2%. They use a wear-free mechanism, have a simple and reliable structure, and can quickly and sensitively indicate small positive, negative, or differential gas pressures. They also feature shock and overpressure protection. Magnehelic differential pressure gauges are cost-effective, easy to use, and avoid issues that liquid differential pressure gauges face, such as liquid evaporation, freezing, and the need for level correction.
The 2000 series Magnehelic gauges are widely used to monitor fan outlet static pressure, filter resistance, measure air velocity, ventilation status, differential pressure across orifice plates, as well as for monitoring liquid levels in bubble level systems, controlling gas and air mixing ratios, and for monitoring blood pressure and breathing pressure in medical equipment and devices.
Note: Can be used with hydrogen, but when ordering, a Buna-N nitrile rubber diaphragm should be selected, with a working pressure of 35 psi.
The framed case can be used for flush-mounted dial installation.
The transparent dial is high-strength and impact-resistant. There’s no distortion when reading the pointer and scale.
Precision lithographed scales allow for accurate readings.
The pointer with a red tip is very noticeable. It's made from heat-treated aluminum tubing and fixed on the spiral shaft.
The pointer stop block uses molded rubber to prevent damage if the pointer goes beyond its range.
The cross-arm accessory assembles the spiral shaft, spiral bearing, and pointer shaft together.
The jewel bearing is shock-mounted, allowing the spiral shaft to move without friction. High-viscosity silicone oil is used for movement damping.
The zero-adjusting screw allows you to set zero without removing the dial. It uses an O-ring, providing good sealing.
The spiral shaft is made from a high magnetic permeability alloy with precision. Together with the jewel bearing, it moves smoothly to rotate the pointer and indicate the scale.
The samarium-cobalt permanent magnet block is installed on the other end of the range spring, using magnetic force to turn the spiral shaft.
The range calibrating spring is made of spring steel. Its small travel provides good repeatability and long life. It links to the pressure diaphragm and adjusts its effective length to calibrate the range.
The silicone diaphragm is molded together with an O-ring and installed between the front and back plates. It’s tightly fixed and sealed. The diaphragm’s movement is limited to protect against potential overpressure damage.
The precisely manufactured cast aluminum case can withstand 168 hours of salt spray corrosion testing. It has a dark gray baked finish. All cases use standard sizes and can be surface-mounted or flush-mounted.
The overpressure spray plug is made of silicone, with an overpressure rating of 15 psig. It will discharge around 25 psig.
An O-ring seal is used between the cover and the case to ensure the pressure is sealed inside.
