The 3000MR and 3000MRS Photohelic switches/gauges combine a high-precision, high-repeatability differential pressure switch with a large dial, easy-to-read pointer-type differential pressure gauge, using the reliable and durable Magnehelic® design idea. You can set the pressure switch point using the knob on the instrument panel. The pressure gauge reading is unaffected by the switch and remains accurate even during a power outage. Solid-state technology is used to greatly reduce the product's size and weight. It can be embedded in a 13/16″ (122mm) mounting hole or surface-mounted with included accessories. The 3000MR features gold-plated contact switches, making it especially suitable for low-power passive circuits. For applications with frequent switch operation, the 3000MRS with single-pole single-throw (normally open) solid-state switches can be chosen. It has high and low switches with an 18-inch (45 cm) long cable for electrical connection.
The 3000MR and 3000MRS Photohelic differential pressure gauges have an accuracy of ±2%, with switches having repeatability of ±1% and hysteresis of less than 1%, narrower than the pointer width. They can be used with air or other non-combustible, non-corrosive gases, with a pressure rating of up to 25 psig (1.725 bar). Special construction options are available for 35 psig (2.42 bar) or 80 psig (5.51 bar).
Accessories include: mounting ring, retaining ring, 18" (45 cm) cable, two 3/16" hose to 1/8" NPT adapters, two 1/8" NPT plugs, four 6-32 x 1-1/4" pan screws for panel mounting, and three 6-32 x 5/16" screws for surface mounting.
● The gauge readings aren’t affected by switch operations, and it will keep reading pressure even when the power is off.
● External adjustments for zero and span mean no need to disassemble during normal use.
● Solid-state design allows switching in high cycle rate applications without performance drop.
● Optional stainless steel bezel has the same mounting diameter as Magnehelic® gauges, making on-site upgrades to Photohelic switches/gauges easier.
