The DH Series Digihelic differential pressure controller is a three-in-one product that combines a digital differential pressure gauge, a differential pressure switch, and a differential pressure transmitter. Combining multiple functions into one can reduce inventory and save installation time and costs. The Digihelic differential pressure controller is most suitable for applications monitoring wind pressure, wind speed, and air volume, with an accuracy of 0.5% and from 0.25 to 100 inches of water column.

The Digihelic differential pressure controller can select various engineering units such as pressure, wind speed, and air volume on-site. Two single-pole double-throw switches with adjustable deadband can perform range migration corresponding to 4-20mA, and adopt a linear square root output when measuring wind speed or air volume. The DH series is highly flexible in power supply use, and the power supply can be 120/220VAC or the commonly used 24VDC power supply in the control room.

Using the menu buttons, various functions can be programmatically configured: safety level selection; wind pressure, wind speed, and air volume selection; engineering unit selection; Pitot tube K coefficient selection; rectangular or circular tube selection; set point and alarm selection; high, low, or high/low alarm setting; automatic or manual reset; alarm delay; view peak and valley values; digital damping adjustment; range migration; Modbus communication, and on-site calibration, etc.

It all functions into one product and can be used in all differential pressure monitoring applications, which is why the DH series is your only choice.

Product Overview

The three-in-one instrument can reduce the number of multiple instruments for one product, saving inventory, installation time, and costs. 

In the flow rate mode, the speed and square root output coincide with the actual flow rate curve, thus obtaining higher accuracy.

The power supply usage of 120/220 VAC or 24 VDC provides flexibility in integrating the device into the control panel. 

The security menu program only provides access to the device operation at the correct skill level. 

Modbus communication supports process and HVAC system integration and control.
