The new OMEGA CL1500 series benchtop dry-block probe calibrator is fast, accurate, and portable. It features a lightweight, rugged design suitable for laboratory and field use. This hot/cold calibration source accommodates probes of 6 different diameters, available in 115V or 230V versions. There are two different well types: standard and metric. The CL1500 series features a custom metal housing and high-performance PID temperature controller for high quality, high reliability, and safety. The calibrator has a temperature calibration range of -5 to 125°C (23 to 257°F). Each CL1500 includes a power cord, complete operating manual, RS232 cable (also includes RS232 to USB converter cable), software, and NIST-traceable calibration certificate. The CL1500 software allows the user to real-time control and monitor the calibrator’s temperature and performance. The user is displayed with a 3-display of current temperature and setpoint, simulated dial, digital display, and adjustable-scale graphics. It also allows quick and easy changing of setpoints by using 10 presets or using the coarse adjustment knob and fine-tune button.
