With the CL540ZA calibrator, you can check and calibrate all thermocouple instruments. Connection is made via a mini thermocouple connector at the top of the unit. Use your own thermocouple wire connector or order one of the cable accessories for easy out-of-the-box operation. Easy to operate even in dark areas of the plant with the backlit display screen. Stop carrying mV sources and thermocouple tables. The CL540ZA calibrator works with the thermocouples you use, including J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N, G, C, D, L (J-DIN), U (T-DIN), and P (Platinel II). The adjustable digital potentiometer “DIAL” allows any value to be quickly set to within 0.1°, and three temperatures can be stored for instant recall via the selection switch. You can also calibrate from -13.000 to +80.000 mV. Connect directly to thermocouple inputs of smart transmitters, PLCs, controllers, and multi-channel recorders to verify their output or display.
