The HX80A humidity probe series offers a variety of measurement parameters with precision**: relative humidity and temperature, dew point, or pressure. The probe can be easily adapted to most applications through a 3/4 NPT fitting, and can be adjusted to any desired position, including high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. This remote transmitter comes standard with a 1.8 m (6’) cable, making it ideal for many different applications such as environmental chambers, compressed air, and industrial applications. Models are available with a removable sintered stainless steel filter and RS232 stainless steel probe (capable of reading data, calibrating output, and for HX86A type devices, changing digital display and setting alarms). All models have 3 outputs: Output 1 is calibrated for 0 to 100% RH, Output 2 is calibrated for -20 to 120°C (-4 to 248°F), and Output 3 is determined by the model.

HX85A (Probe) Models (HX85A, HX85BA, HX85PA) provide a 0 to 10V signal at the output via a 1.8 m (6’) cable.
HX86A Models (HX86A, HX86BA, HX86PA) include a display box at the end of the probe cable, providing a 2-wire digital display, 2 alarms, 3 × 4–20 mA output signals, and one RS232 serial output.
